The service at this brand-new hotel was great. The staff were all very good, courteous. Location : the property was near the prophet's masjid and the Al Haram and the airport. It was good to be 1 mile away from Mexican Chicken, serving short-orders.

I really enjoyed the place, everything was brand-new. The hotel was in the heart of Medina. I usually went to Mexican Chicken to grab a bite. The service provided there was great. Moreover, it was easy to park outside. No complains at all, I had an awesome stay and would go back in flash.

The location was amazing, near the prophet's masjid as well as the Al Haram. Ate at Palm City Restaurant, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a kettle, central heating, and an iron inside the room. We got a bath too. Our location was marvellous close to shopping malls. It was 1 km from Mexican Chicken, offering quick-service food.
